Chavez on TV is already campaigning, illegally of course. He is using government money to give his political speeches. He isn’t saying much. He was supposed to talk to his followers gathered outside Miraflores. There were so few that he decided for an institutional message. They only showed his followers on TV, never the live image of old of Chavez in the balcony saluting his own. He admits we are going to a recall vote, he thinks he can win it. He’s wrong.

La herencia del diablo, eso es el petroleo. Buena parte de los paises petroleros sufren males similares: gobiernos corruptos, tiranias absolutistas, violencia. En mi opinion el petroleo es peor que el excremento del diablo.
