Results In Yaracuy state where opposition Governor Lapi is running for
reelection are too close to call. The rest apparently are not that
close except in Carabobo.

Here is a table of the results:

http://www.globovision.com/documentos/cartas.comunicados/2004.10/31/primerboletin/index.php

In Caracas, MVR candidate Juan Barreto won as Mayor for the
Metropolitan area with 62%, Jose Vicente Rangel with 52%, Leopoldo
Lopez with 80% and Henrique Capriles with 77%.Abstention was
apparently (not confirmed) over 60%.
