Results In Yaracuy state where opposition Governor Lapi is running for
reelection are too close to call. The rest apparently are not that
close except in Carabobo.

In Caracas, MVR candidate Juan Barreto won as Mayor for the
Metropolitan area with 62%, Jose Vicente Rangel with 52%, Leopoldo
Lopez with 80% and Henrique Capriles with 77%.Abstention was
apparently (not confirmed) over 60%.
