    In the mid 80′ long before i started doing business in venezuela, I did several projects in Nigeria. On the first trip I changed money there at their official rate of One USD = One Naira. When I got back to JFK I tried to cash in what I had left. The guy in the exchange booth just laughed! Not having a long memory, I had the same thing happen at MIA returning from my first trip to your beautiful country. I don’t think either have changed?
