Democracy wins, Chavez reform proposal defeated on both questions

No wins both questions with 90%, there were two blocks of proposals, both defeated

Chavez’ block: NO 50.70% SI 49.29% Difference 1.21%

Assembly’s block NO 51.05% SI 48.94% Difference 2.06%

Democracy wins, autocracy loses

Chavez lost 3 million votes since last year
