Rosales calls for Government to postpone elections

The last major party, other than MVR, that has not decided to withdraw
from the election is just asking for the suspension of the vote on
Sunday, the naming of a commission to look for a solution and have
everyone participate in it. Governor Manuel Rosales of Zulia State was
on nationwide TV putting pressure on the Government to postpone the
event. He did not explicitly say his party would not participate on
Sunday, but said that it is not a democratic process if there is no
participation by the majority.
